E+Motions was a group of 36 incredible people from 6 countries: Portugal, France, North Macedonia, Iceland, Greece, and Croatia. What began as strangers at a campsite, wondering what was about to happen, soon became a space of connection, a beautiful experience that left us with lifelong memories and friendships.
We spent 10 days in the calm of the Arrábida Natural Park, immersed in nature. We explored mindfulness, expressed our creativity through art and theatre, and opened space for important conversations around mental health. We climbed, we hiked, we explored, we discovered…
We created a public event and beautiful short movies together, coming together at the climax of our project in D**owntown Palmela.** We shared our collective voice and invited others to witness our journey.
We built a digital space — a living archive of our experience — making sure the lessons and moments can live on, accessible to all.
